Distortion Inc. is the DMV's power group that formed in 2022 when members of top charted bands Black Market Baby, Here Today/Vigil, Stella Mira and Who Is God? united.

SEAN CRANFORD feature guitarist for Fallout Shelter, Seven Souls and Side Hustle brings his expert riffs and musical collaboration to DISTORTION INC.  Sean has been a professional DMV musician for over 30 years.

MIKE DOLFI the bass player for Black Market Baby, which emerged from the hardcore punk scene in D.C. to become one of the seminal groups to influence the punk music genre. Mike's skills as songwriter and front man for the band sets DISTORTION INC. apart.

GREGG MAIZEL bass player for Here Today/Vigil originally formed out of DC’s alternative/gothic music scene. The bands’ 1983 “Whistle in the Yard” led the band to sign with Chrysalis. In 1989, Vigil’s song “Therapist”, was released on the soundtrack to A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master. Gregg's songwriting and arrangements drive the sound of DISTORTION INC.

ANDY OCH is a DMV native who started banging out solid go-go punk pre & post grunge grooves at the age of seven.  In the 90’s with Who is God?,  he earned a spot in the 9:30 Club “Hall of Records”.  He brings a metric ton of diversity to the backbeat of DISTORTION INC.
